Free Pre-Inspection → Every homeowner starts with a free inspection to assess the roof. If repairs are needed, they must be completed before enrollment.
Priority Service → Members receive priority scheduling year-round for any repairs or maintenance.
Annual Inspection & Report → Includes a full photo + written report, suggested maintenance, and member-only discounted pricing.
Automatic Post-Storm Inspections → After hail or wind events, our team inspects your property at no charge. If damage is found, we provide free temporary repairs to protect your home immediately. We also place a yard sign if we believe your roof qualifies for insurance replacement.
Member Discounts → Reduced pricing on repairs, maintenance, and reroofs.
Upgrade Credit Program → 100% of your annual plan payments are banked as credit toward upgrades when it’s time for your next reroof, capped at 10% of the total reroof cost. This credit can be applied to premium shingles, synthetic underlayment, or advanced ventilation systems — helping you maximize the value of your investment.
Disclaimers & Limitations:
The Protection Plan applies only to residential roofs with architectural shingles. Residents must be within 20 miles of Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. Additional trip fee will be billed at the time of reseal if property is outside of our service area. Steep-slope or complex roofs may require additional charges, which will be invoiced at the time of service. Enrollment is subject to a pre-inspection and completion of any required repairs before coverage begins. Upgrade credits apply solely toward roof system upgrades at reroof (not base replacement cost) and are capped at 10% of the reroof total. Credits are non-transferable and must be applied at the time of reroof with Three24 Standard. Any repairs outside of resealing or storm-related temporary work require separate approval and quote. Three24 Standard reserves the right to decline or refund enrollment if roof condition or design makes participation unfeasible.
