I’m Chance, the founder of THREE24 Standard. I’ve spent decades in the roofing and construction industry, working on everything from residential homes to large commercial projects. Along the way, I’ve seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of how this business works.

What’s always stood out to me is how often homeowners get taken advantage of during the roof replacement process — whether it’s by contractors cutting corners or insurance companies pushing back on claims. Watching that happen again and again lit a fire in me.

I knew there had to be a better way. A way to protect people, restore trust, and bring back integrity to an industry that desperately needs it. That’s why I built THREE24 Standard. To raise the bar, serve people with honesty, and give every homeowner the peace of mind they deserve.
