Workmanship Warranty: Three24 Standard Lifetime Limited Labor Warranty.
Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by Acts of God (hail, wind, tornado, hurricane, snow load, fire), structural settlement, pre-existing conditions, or modifications made by others after installation.
Exclusions
This product covers only the items listed in “Scope of Work.” Additional roofing system components are needed and must be purchased separately. This agreement assumes the existing roof decking is in sound condition. Any decking replacement due to rot, damage, or code requirements will be billed separately per sheet. All installations are completed to current local building codes. Any additional code-required upgrades not listed in the Scope of Work or purchased separately will be billed separately.
The following items are not included in this product and must be purchased separately if required:
Ridge shingles and ridge ventilation
Starter shingles
Roof vents, box vents, or ridge vents
Drip edge metal
Valley metal or Ice & Water
Pipe jacks, chimney flashing, or wall flashing
Additional underlayment beyond what is listed above
Decking replacement due to rot or structural failure (charged separately per sheet if discovered)
Tear-off of more than one existing layer of shingles
Payment Terms
Balance is due immediately upon completion and prior to final warranty issuance.
This product is billed per square (100 sq. ft.) installed. Please add the correct amount of squares needed with waste to avoid change orders.
Your online checkout payment represents a 50% deposit of the total roof cost.
The remaining balance will be invoiced and is due upon completion of the project.
Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered.
Customer Responsibilities
Provide reasonable access to property, driveway, and power supply during project.
Remove fragile items from shelves/walls, as vibrations may occur during installation.
