Roof Reseal
A roof reseal is essential maintenance that should be done about every 5 years to keep your roof watertight and extend its life. Over time, the sealants around flashing, pipe jacks, and chimney seams dry out, crack, and separate — leaving your home vulnerable to leaks and hidden water damage.
Our reseal service includes:
Inspecting all flashing, chimney seams, and roof penetrations
Re-caulking and sealing pipe jacks, chimney flashing, and roof-to-wall connections
Using high-grade sealants built to withstand Texas heat, storms, and seasonal weather
Resealing every 5 years protects your home, prevents costly repairs, and helps your roof perform its best until it’s time for full replacement.
Service Disclaimer:
Our roof reseal service applies to residential properties with architectural shingles only. Residents must be within 20 miles of Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. Additional trip fee will be billed at the time of reseal if property is outside of our service area. Steep-slope roofs may require additional safety measures; in these cases, an extra charge will be added and invoiced at the time of completion. Any additional repairs beyond the reseal scope (such as damaged shingles, structural issues, or specialty materials) must be approved and completed separately. Every reseal service includes a full roof inspection report, giving you clear documentation of your roof’s condition and any recommended next steps. We reserve the right to decline or refund a service call if the roof’s complexity, condition, or materials make a reseal unfeasible. In such cases, a separate quote will be provided for the necessary work.
